1. What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We currently accept PayPal, an online method that lets you use the credit card
of choice safely and securely. This is the fastest way to order.

However, you can request to pay by check or money order. Please call our office at 1-260-497-7135 or email us at:sales@simplepleasuresingrabill.com Please allow 10 days for clearance on personal or business checks.

2. Will Simple Pleasures send an order confirmation e-mail?
Yes. There are two moments in the order process when a confirmation will be sent.  

a) A confirmation will be sent within 2 business days of the placement of your order.
If you do not receive it within this amount of time, please call our office at 1-260-497-7135 for assistance.

b) Another confirmation is sent when your package is shipped by us via UPS or US Mail. If there will be a delay in shipping we will be in touch with you. Please allow  4-6 weeks on some items.

3. How can I find out the status of an order made online?

4.How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Shipping and handling charges are normally based on the merchandise total for the delivery address. Orders shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states will be charged by weight.

5. What shipping options are available?
We ship via U.S. Mail and UPS depending on the size of your order. We try our best to get your packages to you safely, cost effectively and as quickly as possible.

Our standard shipping charges are listed below. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation, with the transaction ID number, when the order is shipped.

*Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery due to the nature of some items. Availabilty subject to change without notice. Please check for availabilty of products not availble for sale via our web site.

in shipping volume. Please shop early! *

Spend $0.01 - $20.00: shipping = $7.50
Spend $20.00 - $50.00: shipping = $10.00
$50.00 - $100.00: shipping = $15.00

$100.00 and over: FREE SHIPPING

NOTE: Some smaller packages will be shipped by First Class U.S. Mail to lower your shipping cost. Other items depending on size may be shipped via UPS. Items not for sale directly from our web site may be subject to additional shipping charges, please contact sales@simplepleasuresingrabill.com for inquires.
