We believe each one of our customers at Simple Pleasures are special. However, when you respond to our Mailing, which goes out three or four times a year, by taking the time to come into our Grabill store to use the card or letter we have sent, we put you on a Preferred Customer List. It is our way of saying thank you for your loyality to us.

So, each time you use the latest mailing, you are put on the list which we keep in the store. You will be notified that you are a Preferred Customer and will be given a special code to enter for your special section to receive extra coupons and deals. These coupons will have an expiration date and when they expire, new offers will be placed on the site. Once you receive your code, you will be able to see all the other "special thank you deals" that are just for you.

You will then be placed on our mailing list to receive all of our mailings with offers you can use in our Grabill store.
